Plenary talks: The Kavli Foundation will work with Kavli Institute Directors individually on their interest and participation in a panel discussion with their peers on key issues in their respective fields – astro (the big), nano (the small) and neuro (the complex).

Guidance on selecting participants: We hope that a total of 1-2 member scientists from each institute, either early-career scientists or fellows, will join us to share their work, meet other scientists and brainstorm ideas and forge collaborations. Please consider selecting scientist(s) who will reflect the diversity, creativity and collaborative spirit that you foster at your institute. Foundation staff will select 4-6 short talks from abstracts that will be submitted after the initial registration, and the balance will be invited to present posters that can stimulate the most interesting discussions, recognizing that we will have scientists with backgrounds in astrophysics, nanoscience, neuroscience and theoretical physics.

Media and consent: By attending this meeting, you acknowledge that The Kavli Foundation will be taking photos and videos during the proceedings for potential foundation communications, such as social media, web stories, e-newsletters, and internal presentations. Slides will also be shared with participants following the meeting.
